Mechanical Engineering student at Newcastle University offering friendly and clear GCSE Maths and Physics tutoring. I focus on breaking topics down step by step, building confidence, and helping students understand exam-style questions. I’m patient, reliable, and happy to adapt lessons to each student’s needs, whether that’s homework help, revision, or improving weaker areas before exams.
I aim to make lessons relaxed and easy to follow, so students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while they learn. As an engineering student, I use maths and physics regularly, so I can help explain topics in a practical way and show how they connect to real-world problems.
My goal is to help students not only improve their grades, but also develop a stronger understanding of the subject. I understand that Maths and Physics can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when topics move quickly in class, so I take time to explain ideas clearly and check that each step makes sense before moving on. I can help with key GCSE topics such as algebra, equations, graphs, forces, electricity, energy, waves, and exam technique.
I also focus on helping students become more confident with problem-solving. This includes learning how to approach questions, identify what the question is asking, and choose the right method. I believe that with the right support and practice, students can make strong progress and feel much more prepared for tests and final exams. Whether a student wants to catch up, revise, or push for higher grades, I will work with them at a pace that suits them.
