I am a highly experience Level 3 Personal Trainer in both face-to-face training and online. I am certified in a wealth of different disciplines including kettlebells, TRX and as a Swing Yoga instructor.

I am a highly experience Level 3 Personal Trainer in both face-to-face training and online. I am certified in a wealth of different disciplines including kettlebells, TRX and as a Swing Yoga instructor.
I previously served as an ambassador for OCR races in the UAE the Desert Warrior Challenge and representing Spartan Arabia in Slovakia.
I ran my own fitness company for over 5 years in the UAE and have worked with many clients helping them achieve their goals.
I also worked with a number of motor racing drivers leasing them through sports specific programs to prepare them for their races including F2, F3, and F4 races and endurance races such as the Dubai 24 hours and Gulf 12 hours.
I also managed their well-being trackside and post race as I am qualified in Sports Massage, something I have also done with a number of individuals to maintain their well-being during their gym programs.
I also create programs for corporate companies to lead them in their wellness pursuits.
In my spare time I continue to train in aerial silks (the aerial arts being another passion of mine) along with regular running and participating in Park Runs in and around London.
Whatever your goal I can lead you through an individual prescribed program especially for you, whether it be fat loss, fitness (gaining strength, increasing cardiovascular fitness), or a specific sports goal such as a race.
