My lessons are friendly, engaging and tailored to each child's individual needs, age and ability. As a BA (Hons) Primary Education student at the University of Brighton, training towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), I am developing my knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

I offer online English tutoring for children aged 5–11, covering phonics, reading, comprehension, spelling, punctuation, grammar and creative writing. Whether your child needs extra support with schoolwork, wants to build confidence in English or is preparing for their Year 6 SATs, I aim to make learning enjoyable and accessible.

My lessons include clear explanations, examples, interactive activities and opportunities for children to practise their skills at their own pace. I will adapt activities to suit each child's learning needs, helping them understand new concepts and build confidence over time.

I believe every child can make progress with the right encouragement and support. I aim to create a positive, patient and supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and celebrating their achievements.

Through my Primary Education degree and school placement experience, I am developing practical knowledge of how children learn and how to support their progress in the classroom. I have experience observing and supporting primary-aged pupils and have developed an interest in inclusive teaching approaches that help children with different learning needs feel confident and supported.

I aim to bring this understanding into my online English lessons by breaking concepts down into manageable steps, using engaging activities and adapting tasks to suit each child's individual ability and goals.
