I would work on specifically what you want to work on and what you find tricky it is suited completely to you. I would find a way that you understand the content more easily and take as much time as you need. I would help to answer exam style questions and answer any questions needed. I would suggest materials and recourses that could be useful for you and give you questions to keep you going between weekly sessions. Though I have little tutor experience i did achieve an A* in my science GCSE and during this helped friends learn content more easily in ways the teachers didn’t explain it, eventually this boosted their grades.
