My coaching is designed for late-diagnosed adults who are exhausted from trying to fit into neurotypical rules.
Sessions are collaborative and shame-free. We start by building a clear understanding of how your unique ADHD shows up in your daily life. We then gently unpick the history of overwhelm, self-doubt, and "just trying harder," and work out what actually works for your brain and what definitely doesn't.
Instead of rigid systems, we set playful, easeful experiments to tap into your "wired for interest" brain. The experiments are small, practical, and about curiosity, not perfection. For example, we might test: "What if I switch to a coffee shop for planning my project instead of forcing myself to sit at my desk looking at a blank page" or "What happens if I try an energy levels timer?"
This helps you discover what helps you start tasks, manage your energy, and get things done in a way that feels sustainable, not draining.
Over time, this builds real self-trust. My clients learn to recognise and celebrate their strengths, and eventually, become unapologetically themselves.
I am a specialist ADHD coach, trained with Animas and Gold Mind Academy. I also bring over 20 years of management and administration experience, giving me a practical understanding of the pressures my clients face. I work online with adults anywhere in the UK.
I offer a free discovery call and a refundable taster (T&C apply).
