First session will be a strategy and design session to understand what goals you would like to work towards and to design our coaching relationship.

A normal one hour coaching session involves the client bringing a topic that they want to focus on for the session, followed by an exploration of the topic with a focus on meeting the needs of the client and what they want to achieve by the end of the hour. Sessions can be as often as once a week or once a month.
Topics: This could be about a strategy for revison before an exam, how to improve a grade in a subject, how to plan and complete a project by a given due date. It could also be about why the client has trouble keeping to a routine, troubles with finding a social network, how to talk to a parent or a teacher, or basic overwhelm, etc... Topics are based on what the client is feeling they need to explore in order to move forward towards any goal. If there is an area of your life that you want to be different, coaching is the way forward. No area is too big or too small.

Coaching is about exploring the topic and finding the way forward that works for your unique brain. Life coaching isn't about fixing what is broken because you aren't broken. You are creative, resourceful, and whole. Coaching will help you find your own path towards your goals by discovering what works for you.
