I have been teaching yoga since March 2025. During this time, I have taught a range of students with different levels of experience, helping them build strength, mobility, confidence, and a deeper connection to their practice. My approach focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to move with intention.
I have experience in practicing Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and holistic practices to diverse groups. Strong background in psychology and social sciences, as well as in working with vulnerable populations and fostering a positive, supportive environment. I combine my motivational problem solving and empathic skills to my yoga practice and work with students.
I have completed 330 hours of formal yoga teacher training, including:
• 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)
• 65-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
• 65-Hour Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training
In addition to my formal qualifications, I have accumulated over 500 hours of teaching experience across a variety of yoga styles and student populations. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt classes thoughtfully, create inclusive spaces, and support clients with diverse goals and needs.
As a teacher, I aim to create classes that are welcoming, intentional, and empowering. I want students to leave feeling stronger, more connected to themselves, and supported in their individual journey.
A great class meets students where they are, offering clear guidance, options, and opportunities to explore their practice in a way that feels accessible and empowering. I believe it should cultivate not only physical strength and mobility, but also presence, self-awareness, and connection.
