I became TEFL certified in Vietnam, meaning I’ve had extensive experience with ESL students in classrooms of various ages, levels, and learning styles. I also have 5+ years' experience teaching and tutoring English and acting students in the UK, a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, and a Master’s Degree in Acting from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

My lessons are engaging, imaginative, and most importantly - tailored to you. We will work closely together to establish your current level, and what you want to achieve. I believe that fun lessons are the most memorable, and I use my creative passions to create exercises and games that will help our lessons stick with you. I create an encouraging environment where it is okay to get things wrong - often the things we get wrong at first, are the things we never forget when we get them right!

My teaching style combines different learning techniques. Drilling language and concepts is important, but so is practicing these in real-world contexts. There's no point in spending hours reading English you will never need to use! That's why I take the time to get to know you, your work or school life, your interests, and what your everyday life looks like - so we can tailor our lessons to set you up for success in speaking, writing, listening to and reading English.
