The aim of these lessons will be to enhance your skills where you need it most. We can focus on exponential skills (those that improve different aspects of life, like healthy habits) and soft skills (the needed abilities and attitudes for success). Therefore, the scope of this learning will be as extensive or narrow as you want. We can discuss for example, stress management, sleep hygiene, healthy routines, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, time management.
In the first session, we begin with a brief introduction, clarify objectives, establish priorities, and agree on a structured plan. Where time and complexity allow, we will also start working on the highest-priority task. With a well-defined and transparent plan in place, each subsequent session focuses on specific objectives, reviews progress from previous work, and clearly outlines next steps.
All sessions are fully personalised and driven by the student/client , ensuring that the process adapts to your needs, learning style, and pace. Sessions typically last around one hour, and both frequency and scheduling are tailored to individual requirements.
I have over ten years of experience in mentoring, tutoring, and coaching, supporting students and professionals across all academic levels. In parallel, I serve as Managing Director of a multidisciplinary consultancy agency that delivers integrated solutions for individuals and organisations. One example includes the development of an interactive teaching programme that integrated second-order cybernetics and niche theory, which significantly enhanced participant engagement and learning outcomes.
Additionally, I am a certified Mental Health First Aider and can offer support and guidance during challenging or critical moments. While this is not a substitute for formal psychological therapy, it provides an informed first line of support when needed.
I am also happy to share insights from my experience in academia, industry, and as an independent professional, and to provide technical expertise within my areas of specialisation (one health and life sciences).
