Hello, my name is Arian, and I am a passionate science tutor specialising in GCSE and A level Maths and Chemistry. I have a strong academic background, having achieved all Distinctions in my Access to Higher Education Diploma (Medicine), and I am currently preparing to continue my studies in Dentistry at university. Because I have been through highly competitive science exams myself, I understand the challenges students face and the strategies that make a real difference.

My tutoring experience includes working with secondary school students and university applicants, helping them prepare for exams, improve their grades, and build confidence in subjects that can often feel overwhelming. I have also worked in healthcare environments, including as a trainee dental nurse, which has given me first-hand insight into how scientific knowledge is applied in real life. This allows me to make lessons engaging by linking theory to practical examples.

In lessons, I adapt to each learner’s needs. I use interactive explanations, oral questioning, and exam-style practice to check understanding. I also teach study techniques, time management, and revision planning so students can become more independent learners. My goal is not only to prepare students for exams but also to give them skills they can carry forward into higher education.
