Learning Italian with Ruzhica has been an absolute joy and one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Her classes are incredibly interactive and fun, making every lesson feel more like an exciting cultural journey than a typical language class. We don’t just study grammar and vocabulary — we live the language. One of the highlights of her teaching method is the creative use of authentic Italian media. We watch classic and contemporary Italian films, listen to beautiful Italian songs, and discuss them together, which really helps bring the language to life. She also encourages us to participate in events organized by the local Italian community, giving us a chance to practice Italian in real-life situations and immerse ourselves in the culture. What truly sets her apart is her deep knowledge of the Italian language and culture, combined with her warm and enthusiastic approach to teaching. I worked with Izabelle for the first time about 25 years ago. She was working with us on a film making project. She later worked for my own film project as first assistant director. Despite her young age at the time, she have shown herself very capable and able to coordinate all the staff on set without a hitch. As you can imagine, with 25 more years of experience, including working for 12 years at the most prestigious university in Japan, Izabelle has become an accomplished and well-respected researcher and educator. Izabelle is also a writer, and I had the privilege to follow some of her work. Her writing, just as her speaking, is well-organized, detail-oriented, and captivating. I can’t recommend her enough. She is the teacher you want to have to improve your communication skills.

Chiha is very fun and enthusiastic. She breaks things into bit size chunks. She helps you learn from your mistakes. Her lessons always feel like they pass very quickly, which is a sign of a good lesson! Highly recommend her as a Japanese language tutor.

Malachy is a fantastic tutor. He was brilliant at building my confidence and providing clear, effective methods for tackling tough questions. He helped me get the A-Level grade I needed for university. 100% recommend!

I used to find Maths really intimidating, especially topics like algebra, calculus, and trigonometry. Jayant completely changed that for me. His explanations are super clear, and he always breaks down complex problems into simple, understandable steps. He’s very patient and never makes you feel bad for asking questions—no matter how basic they are. What I really appreciated was how he focused on building my fundamentals first, and then gradually introduced tougher problems once I felt ready. He also shared great tips for solving questions more efficiently and for avoiding common mistakes in exams. Since starting lessons with Jayant, my grades have improved and, more importantly, so has my confidence. Maths is no longer something I dread! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone struggling with the subject or wanting to get ahead.

I had Richard as my teacher a couple of years ago when I was preparing for the IELTS exam for academic purposes. At the time, my level wasn’t very high, but his lessons were perfectly tailored to help me improve and focus on the specific requirements of the test. He provided mock exams and homework exercises, which we later reviewed together. During our lessons, he was always very supportive and made me feel comfortable and confident. Thanks to him, I eventually achieved a C1 level. I would definitely recommend him as a teacher.

I was fortunate enough to have Jemma help me through my A level biology, her persistence and drive to help me do well is really what got me through the course. I had the opportunity to sit in and observe a few of Jenny's Environmental Management lessons. Her passion, confidence and approachability make her stand out among the crowd. Her ability to engage the high school students and make them feel safe enough to let their guard down is admirable. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise which she is able to easily pass down. Communicating and connecting with people is a specialty of hers. This is clearly seen and felt by all those around her. Her dedication to ubiquitous learning is a testament to who she is and what she stands for. This atmosphere of fun learning is taken with her wherever she goes and influences everyone she comes into contact with. A strong, authentic, wise and selfless individual - Jenny is a natural when it comes to teaching. I would recommend her to anyone looking to learn in a calm and captivating environment.

It's my first experience with online language lessons, and I'm very happy with it. I had a chance to have a trial lesson with Minori-san and decided to continue because I found her supportive, responsible and easy to talk to. We agreed on my preferences from the very beginning and have been working in that direction ever since. Minori-san always answers my question, explains everything carefully and makes sure I understand everything I need before moving on. Lessons with her keep me motivated!

Kelly has tutored both of my children. They have found Kelly to be approachable, friendly, kind and extremely skilled in explaining difficult topics in a way they can understand. This tutor is a professional tutor and teach me mathematics, computer science, economics, physics and others subjects of GCSE. He also teach my 1 brother and 1 sister. I have always found it hard to talk about stress, but Meenakshi’s sessions felt easy and real. She showed me small techniques that actually work. I didn’t expect to feel so relaxed just from one session, but I did.

Dasha has been providing me with weekly maths tuition for Higher Paper GCSE Maths for 10 months in Year 11, leading up to my recent exams. She is an excellent communicator, very patient and provided good guidance and advice during our sessions. She allowed me to develop ideas and solutions at my own pace, as well as working through areas which needed more focus through past papers and questions. I was very pleased with my progress and improvement made during this period. I would highly recommend her skills as a maths tutor!
