As a tutor, Shavon has a lovely dynamic and positive energy. Approachable, friendly but firm. That was good because we were a large class and talking whilst the tutor is talking was nipped in the bud straight away. Since there was a lot to cover, I would have liked to have received the documents emailed to us a little sooner. We didn't manage to go through them all in class. I would have liked even a loose schedule or indication of what we would be focusing on the next day since it was sometimes hard to focus on writing in class. Shavon was confident, however, and kind and we covered all the essentials for applying for a civil service job. I applied for my first job online, which was the job i was preparing for. I would never have had the confidence or the knowledge or skills to do so before the course, so thank you. Shavon made learning fun and that energised and engaged the class. We were a more positive, relaxed, disciplined and attentive class as a result.
