English tutor that teaches all ages

I identify which teaching methods will properly support a particular learning outcome with each student. This effectiveness depends on this alignment of the learners needs. To make the most appropriate choice, I will always consider learning outcomes, student needs and the learning.
I will facilitate learning by modeling and scaffolding. Learners will have time to ask questions and receive clarifications. Also learners will have the opportunity to practice and applying these skills together and then independently. I use formative assessment to check for understanding.
