I struggled with studying in school and I wish I had a tutor as I did not achieve my full potential. Following school I decided I wanted to study biology properly and really focus on it. I was accepted into college to study Applied Science and from there I really learnt how to study and how to enjoy learning. I received an A grade overall which enabled me to get direct entry into 2nd year at Strathclyde University studying Biomedical science. I achieved a first class honours and have now just completed my Master's in Infection Biology at the University of Glasgow.
