My teaching style is simple, clear, and adaptable, so students of different levels can feel comfortable and progress confidently in their practice.
I was trained in Mysore, India, and my classes are mainly based on Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. I guide students with attention to posture, breathing, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. I also include pranayama and short relaxation or meditation practices to create a balanced experience.
My lessons are aimed at:
