My coaching style is supportive, encouraging and strengths-based. I create a safe, non-judgemental environment where students feel comfortable discussing challenges, exploring solutions and developing practical strategies to move forward. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when they are given the right support, encouragement and tools.
I have experience supporting students and adult learners with confidence-building, stress management, motivation, goal-setting, organisation, emotional wellbeing and personal development. As a Personal Tutor for the School of Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology, I work with learners from a variety of backgrounds, helping them overcome self-doubt, manage competing demands and achieve their learning goals.
My lessons are aimed at students who may be struggling with motivation, confidence, stress, organisation, focus, study habits or balancing academic demands with other areas of life. I particularly enjoy helping students develop self-belief, resilience and practical life skills that support both academic success and personal growth.
