I help students build confidence, manage stress, and develop focus and organisation skills, so they can succeed academically and personally. My sessions are practical, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs.
I work with students to:
Build self-belief and resilience
Improve study habits, time management, and focus
Reduce stress and academic pressure
Develop positive habits that support long-term growth
Gain emotional awareness and coping strategies for school and life

Sessions available 1:1 or in small groups

About Me
I am DBS checked and have supported my children through a range of challenges, from bullying and academic pressures to tragic experiences in their schools, while also guiding many others. Each student has had very different learning styles and strengths, giving me deep insight into helping young people build resilience, confidence, and personal growth in ways that are tailored to their unique needs.
While my main coaching work is with transformational clients across the world, I have a true passion for guiding the next generation. I open a limited number of student coaching spots, inspired by my experiences supporting teens and young adults through the school system.
I also bring a global perspective, gained from immersive travel experiences, living with and learning from different cultures and communities, which allows me to inspire students with a broader view of what’s possible in their future.
Whether working with students 1:1 or in group sessions, I aim to help them thrive academically, emotionally, and personally, equipping them with tools and confidence they can carry into all areas of life.
Pricing and Session Commitment:
Block sessions only, with a minimum of 4 sessions to provide continuity and maximum benefit for the student
Longer blocks (8–12 sessions or more) are recommended for deeper, longer-term growth, with a better rate per session for larger commitments
Group sessions also possible, with rates adjusted per student depending on group size
