Neuroinclusive career and work readiness support coach providing self development programmes for 14-18 year olds

I love seeing young people develop skills in identity, communication, emotional intelligence and trust in their own decision-making. Ultimately finding clarity and confidence in their ideal career where they can be confident in who they are and take action to pursue that career and job where they will most likely thrive.

Career Confidence Collective is a monthly online community and programme (£49 per month) designed to help young people feel more confident, prepared, and clear about their next steps toward GCSEs, further study, or their first job.

Students attend a weekly live group session focused on confidence, communication, self-understanding, and practical work-readiness skills, supported by a safe online community where they can ask questions and build confidence over time.

The programme helps young people:
Understand their strengths and interests
Explore GCSE and post-school options
Build confidence, social skills, and emotional intelligence
Prepare for first jobs, apprenticeships, or early employment

Optional 1:1 support (From £45 per 45 minutes) is available for more personalised guidance around choices, applications, or confidence.
