My experience:
I am a transformational coach and author who has supported my own children — and many of their peers — through bullying, academic pressure, emotional challenges and major events within their schools. I’ve also coached clients globally, helping them build resilience, self-belief and healthier habits. I bring all of this experience into my student sessions with a calm, intuitive approach that meets young people exactly where they are.
My goal is to help students feel confident, capable and supported — not just in school, but in life.
