1:1 leadership and goal-setting coaching for UK students, with a social enterprise founder

As the founder of a social enterprise supporting young people in education, I help students set goals, build confidence and take practical steps towards their future. My sessions are supportive, conversational and shaped around each student.

I break larger goals into manageable steps and work on organisation, time management and confidence, alongside leadership skills they can carry into education and everyday life. Rather than handing over answers, I encourage students to reflect on what’s holding them back and agree realistic actions to try between sessions.

My aim is a relaxed space where students feel heard, supported and motivated to keep making progress.
