Social worker who worked as an educational teacher for 10 years with immigrants and children teaching them English .

I have experience in one-to-one teaching,but I have worked also with bigger groups .I tend to have classes that will be fun for everybody by using different games and real life examples so they can easily understand the topic,or playing role play .I also tend to motivate them with word like bravo,very good,excellent etc.This has proven to be very helpfull especiially when teching ,high school kids and grown-ups who are a bit ashamed and need an extra push to learn.
