I offer online coaching and therapeutic counselling via Zoom. I qualified as a coach and therapist in 2024. I would begin with a comprehensive assessment where I gather as much information about the client as possible which will guide and personalise the session. I would look at the person holistically. We will work together on goal setting, limiting beliefs, barriers and difficulties, physical and mental health.
