Psychology MSc with coaching and training experience, making complex topics easier to understand.

I have an MSc in Psychology and a background in coaching, one-to-one support, training delivery and public speaking. A lot of my experience has involved helping people understand complex psychological ideas in a way that feels clear, practical and not overwhelming. I’ve delivered both online and in-person sessions, created educational content, and worked with different kinds of people, so I’m confident adapting how I communicate depending on who I’m supporting. I would teach in a way that is clear, encouraging and tailored to the student. I’d break topics down into manageable parts, explain theories in simple language, and use examples to help bring the subject to life. I’d also use discussion, practice questions and repetition to help students build confidence and prepare for exams. My aim would be to make psychology feel interesting, understandable and much less intimidating.
