I have been a career teacher and tutor. I try to tailor tuition to the student's needs as that brings greater engagement and achievement. I also try to adapt to the student's learning style. I have the ability to make material very visual through the use of diagrams. I use my experience to try to diagnose why a student may be having difficulty with a topic and to try to find the appropriate solution. I have taken many, many students through examinations, with some pleasing results. Also, as a former Examiner, I know exactly what is required to achieve any particular mark, and thus the highest possible grade.
