I have 14 years teaching experience and have the ability to shift the young minds to learning experience. Im also aiming at learners achievement and make a point that they can learn life long skills to enable them to develop educationally. I use their prior knowledge and build on it and make them see or assist them to focus , givi ng each learning opportunity meaning. Learners with different learning abilities are given learning experiences according to their levels and cognitive abilities. I also encourage different methodologies of solving learning opportunities or problems. I use real life experiences as examples when teaching.
