My name is Vicky Mills, and I am an Online English and Spanish Teacher with over ten years of experience. I specialize in adult education and in designing engaging, effective learning experiences for students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

My expertise lies in tailoring lessons to the specific needs of each learner, regardless of their language level. I have worked extensively with students from Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, supporting their development in vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening, and reading. As a native English speaker from the United States currently living in Argentina, I also possess native-level fluency in Spanish, which enables me to successfully teach Spanish to non-Spanish speakers.

I am passionate about fostering a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to reach their full potential. I dedicate myself fully to each class, ensuring personalized attention and measurable progress.

In terms of methodology, I incorporate a variety of interactive tools and resources. I regularly use cloud-based platforms such as Google Drive and OneDrive to create and share folders for each student, allowing them to access class materials and track their progress. I also integrate Google Classroom, Slides, and digital whiteboards to enhance collaboration and communication.

Beyond my professional teaching, I have volunteered as an English Tutor with Paper Airplanes, a non-profit organization supporting students whose education or careers have been disrupted by conflict. Currently, I volunteer with Yazidi at School, providing free English lessons to members of the Yazidi community in northern Iraq.
