Nutrition Coaching. I believe everyone deserves access to knowledge about how they can improve their diets and health!

I will provide a lesson using learning methods that the student believes are most effective for themselves.

I will discuss what they want to learn, strengths and weaknesses, before we begin the lesson.

During the lesson I will use online software to provide notes and explanations which the student can keep after.

At the end, I will spend 5-10 minutes going over past paper questions and applying the content of the lesson to answering these alongside the student.

I want the student to feel comfortable, so homework will be optional:)
