I am a native German speaker with several years of tutoring experience and have been living in the UK for around 17 years. This has given me a strong understanding of both German and English and of the challenges English-speaking students can face when learning German. I teach in a clear, patient and flexible way, adapting each lesson to the student’s level, goals and preferred learning style. Depending on their needs, lessons can focus on conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading or writing. I like to use practical examples and encourage students to speak as much as possible, so they can build confidence and use German naturally in real-life situations.
