I will teach you on a 1:1 basis via zoom for 40 mins per session. It will be completely personalised. I combine my knowledge to support your goals.
You will set yourself goals at each session and I will support you through stress management and mindfulness practices. I work holistically.
Studies have shown that people spend almost 50% of their daily life on autopilot, meaning that you’re probably missing out on life because you’re lost in thought, worry, or stress.
In order for ANY one to effectively create lasting change and happiness, they need to learn how to take back control of their mind, emotions and decisions through mindfulness. And, the ONLY time they can do this is when they are aware in the present moment and able to clearly observe their thoughts and emotions.
