I am fully DBS checked, having undergone UK safeguarding checks to ensure a safe, professional and trusted experience. A DBS check is carried out in the UK to review an individual’s background for any relevant criminal history. It is important as it safeguards those receiving support and ensures a safe, professional standard of care.

Each session begins with a grounding practice — such as breathwork, guided awareness, or nervous system regulation techniques — to help you shift out of stress mode and into presence. From there, we explore your current challenges, identify stress patterns, and build healthier coping strategies. My approach is structured yet compassionate, combining reflection, practical tools, and realistic action steps you can apply in daily life.

My background in nursing is a valuable bonus to this work. I understand how chronic stress impacts the body, including sleep, digestion, mood, and energy levels. I can explain these connections in a simple, supportive way to help you better understand your body and responses.

I also offer gentle nutrition guidance to support emotional balance and sustained energy. This is not about strict meal plans, but about realistic, nourishing habits that complement your stress-management journey.

Please note that while I am a nurse, these sessions are strictly coaching-based. No medical advice, diagnosis, or nursing assessments will be provided. My role is to educate, support, and empower you — not to replace medical care.
