Each session typically follows this format:
1. Check-In & Clarity
We begin by exploring what’s currently feeling stressful or blocked whether that’s exam anxiety, overthinking, lack of confidence, burnout, or performance pressure.
2. Understanding the Pattern
I help you understand what’s happening psychologically and neurologically. Often, simply understanding how the stress response works can already reduce its intensity.
3. Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Work
We then move into guided hypnotherapy techniques designed to calm the nervous system, reframe unhelpful thought patterns and build emotional resilience. This is a natural, deeply relaxed state where the mind becomes more receptive to positive change.
4. Practical Tools to Use Between Sessions
You’ll leave with simple techniques you can use independently such as grounding strategies, pattern interruption methods, or mindset tools so you feel supported beyond the session itself.
