I am a highly motivated individual who is passionate about supporting people navigate life while focusing on mental health.

I am a therapist by background and I have a vast knowledge in mental health techniques aimed at improving over all wellbeing. I also have a certificate in coaching for professionals. I currently balance a small caseload of coachees, a caseload of patients and I also teach a class in behavioural therapy focused on driving change. I am an experienced practitioner leading the therapy team at the largest private mental health hospital in the UK.
