I have 15 years of teaching experience in private language learning institutions and on 1-2-1 basis. The ages I have had in my teaching groups vary between 7-15, including exam preparations for certificates A1-B2. Additionally, I have taught German to adults wanting to relocate to Germany for work. My teaching style varies depending on the group of students, age and learning target. For children, I tend to use a more experiential and playful approach. For teenagers, I usually stick to experiential. With adults I go with language usefulness, so after the first lesson they have a basic vocabulary to work with. It boosts their confidence and encourages them to come back for more.
