I have over 150 hours of tutoring experience across 11+ English preparation, GCSE and A-level Sciences, French, and medical school application preparation. I have worked with students of different ages and abilities, adapting my teaching style to their individual learning needs. I am confident in explaining complex concepts clearly, building students’ confidence and helping them work towards specific academic goals. When teaching English as a second language, I would first assess the student’s current level of English and discuss their individual goals and areas they would like to improve. From there, I would create a tailored learning plan with them. Depending on their level, lessons could begin with core conversational skills, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, gradually progressing to more advanced areas as their confidence and ability develop.
