She is very easy to relate to and ensures you remain at ease but still asks pertinent questions to challenge and stimulate thought and reflection. My sessions with Stephanie were the highlight of my week as I knew I was always going to come away with a renewed level of confidence, motivation and peace around my 'knotty issues' at work and beyond. Stephanie gives you the space and time to think and reflect at your own pace, never rushing you through a session.
