I am an educator and engineer bridging two worlds: the classroom and data-driven problem solving for High School students.

As a secondary school Chemistry, Mathematics and Technical subjects teacher currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and already tutored students online in Chemistry and Mathematics for competitive medical school entrance examinations, I would welcome the opportunity to bring that experience to your students on a flexible, remote basis. I teach using both the Nigerian-British curriculum and the Cambridge International curriculum, including IGCSE and A-Level exam formats, which has given me a solid working knowledge of UK-aligned syllabi, terminology and assessment expectations, something I know matters for a role delivering tutoring to a UK audience. In my current tutoring role, I deliver structured weekend Chemistry and Biology sessions to students preparing for medical school entrance exams in Spain, using Google Classroom, Google Meet, Kahoot! and Nearpod to keep remote lessons interactive and easy to track. Alongside this, my day-to-day secondary school teaching has given me strong grounding in lesson planning (NERDC and DQA frameworks), exam-aligned revision material design, and adapting explanations to different levels of prior knowledge, skills I imagine are just as valuable when tutoring one-to-one or in small groups online. My science background is reinforced by a B.Eng. in Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering, NYSC research experience in crop biotechnology, and ongoing postgraduate study in education, giving me both subject depth and a teaching-methods foundation. I am comfortable working flexible hours to align with UK time zones and am confident I could deliver engaging, well-structured sessions from day one.
