I am a dedicated, caring individual with experience supporting individuals with their mental health and wellbeing.

I will provide unconditional positive regard and a non-judgemental approach to supporting individuals that I work with. With experience working with a range of neurodiverse needs, such as through Tutoring and volunteering at the mental health charity ‘The Mix’, I have understanding in how to support individuals where they are at, and in a way that supports their unique processing. I have experience supporting various ages with their mental health, ranging between age ages 13 to elderly through my volunteering at the Alzheimer's society and ‘The Mix’. I have over 15 years voluntary experience, highlighting my dedication to helping others. I am currently a final year Psychology undergraduate student at the University of Sheffield, projected to achieve a 2:1, indicating my knowledge to assist helping individuals.
