Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed or maybe isolated and alone, like you have noone to talk to or noone who can help? I offer counselling and coaching support to students who may be struggling with life challenges, sometimes this means feeling like you don't fit in or don't know what do do, maybe you feel overwhelmed in situations or are struggling with the direction of your life. I can support with all of this as well as managing anxiety, overcoming isolation and navigating the effects of any form of trauma or mental health struggles. I offer one to one remote sessions via Teams where we can work together to help you understand and process your experiences and to learn some coping strategies and mechanisms to support your long term mental and emotional wellbeing.

Having supported many students in understanding their emotions, dealing with anger, managing the loss of friends and providing support around self harm and suicidal feelings. I am here to offer you a safe space to process all of this and to learn some healthy and proactive ways of managing your emotions and finding ways to move forward differently.
