Applied Mathematics and Statistics tutor with a PhD, offering in-person lessons at IIT Kharagpur

I hold a PhD from IIT Kharagpur and a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics. I teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, research scholars, and learners who want to strengthen their mathematical and statistical foundations. My areas of teaching include mathematics, probability, statistics, regression, data analysis, geostatistics, stochastic simulation, machine learning, and research methodology. I explain every topic step by step, beginning with the basic concept and gradually moving to mathematical formulas, numerical examples, and practical applications. I use simple language, diagrams, real-life examples, and mining-related datasets wherever appropriate. Lessons are adapted to each student’s knowledge level and learning goals. I also help students with assignments, examinations, research problems, statistical software, and interpretation of results. My aim is to make difficult concepts understandable and help students develop the confidence to solve problems independently. I provide in-person lessons in Kharagpur as well as interactive online lessons.
