My experience and moreover my personality is that of a coach and support role!-I’ve been a teacher and always took on more than my role because I care and want to see people happy and succeeding-My method is deep and knowledge accessible and useful and I enjoy bringing the complex and making it simple while problem solving and finding a positive solution always!-To do this I’ll be asking good questions, active listening, encouraging self management of the skills needed for evolution and positive mental attitude and in general winning at life.
