Initially, I will work with you to establish your goals and experience. I will then create a tailored programme for you unless you want to work ad hoc. We can agree this in advance. Some items will be optional and some strongly suggested to achieve your goal. My approach is hands on guiding you towards your outcomes, troubleshooting in real time. We will establish informal check in points to review your progress and change course/expand on an area if necessary. I don't offer long power points or theories - just hands on work with experienced and creative tutor.
Outside of my Corporate work, I am very artistic and have a long history of drawing and painting. I will only teach an area I consider to be competent in. I am very personable with a good sense of humour. I am great with inexperienced/novice/nervous people.
To enhance learning I can provide projects/reading outside of the classes but only very relevant content and if you want to work at that pace. I will work with you to take your skills from the beginning to the next level.
I have 15 years experience in training and coaching and most recently qualified for a DipHE in Fine Art.
