As a experienced trainer I will work with you to start your own journey

Initially I will work with you to establish your experience and goals. Focused on the beginner I will tailor lessons towards your goals. Depending on your motivation we may agree practice outside of the lessons but only if that is what you want to do. We will start off small, perfect for a newbie; and move onto different materials if this supports your journey.
