Cambridge Graduate providing remote GCSE Music and Grade 5 Theory tutoring

I have just graduated with a BA Hons Music Degree from the University of Cambridge. I also studied English, Music and History at A Level, achieving A* A* and A grades. I achieved first class marks in my final exams - essay writing technique is a skill that I have (surprisingly) developed a passion for.

As a tutor for GCSE Music, I will help you analyse set works and develop essay writing technique to achieve top marks. Together we will develop your listening skills and your ability to analyse unseen works. Not only can I help with classical works, but my passion lies in alternative music. I am a singer/ songwriter in indie band Just Me and the Geese - my real enjoyment came from analysing Queen and Wicked at GCSE!

Alongside this, I offer Grade 5 Theory tutoring. I have Grade 8 piano, singing, and a Grade 6 violin - I have also had to cross the milestone of Grade 5 Theory! I am an accomplished classical performer, having sung with the choir of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge throughout my undergraduate degree, and as a composer having worked with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
