I specialize in supporting students to further improve their English language reading, writing, grammar and overall confidence

I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people from many different backgrounds, cultures and countries who are working in the UK.
I have a degree in Business Management and have taken additional courses in teaching English as a Second Language TEFL level 5 diploma, TEFL Business English and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). I have also attended several training seminars and workshops to expand my knowledge of teaching methodology and skills.

I decided in 2022 to change my profession into teaching English as a second language, having a career of over 23 years in Safety Management Consultancy and as a Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene Trainer. Where I developed and delivered bespoke tailored safety courses to suit the Corporate Clients legal duties and business needs to certification level 1 to 5 accredited United Kingdom Health and Safety Laws, Regulations and British Standards.

I have a passion for supporting people to reach their goals. I have a dynamic and creative approach which includes the use of multimedia, visual aids, and interactive activities to engage students and make learning fun and meaningful. I also have experience designing and delivering lesson plans and assessments to evaluate student progress. I am dedicated to developing a positive and encouraging learning environment where students can reach their potential and become confident in their own learning. I am also committed to recognizing the individual needs of each student and providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve success.
