French & Spanish Lessons | Children, Teens & Adults

Hello! I’m Marie- Khatrin, a qualified Modern Languages teacher with a PGCE in French and Spanish from the UK and experience teaching in schools.

My French lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive and adapted to each learner. Whether you are a complete beginner, a school student looking for extra support, preparing for exams, or an adult wanting to improve your confidence, I will tailor the lessons to your level, goals and learning style.

My lessons combine conversation, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening and cultural activities. I believe languages are best learned by actively using them, so I like to include real-life situations, role plays, games, discussions, videos and interactive activities alongside structured language practice.

For children, I create fun and encouraging lessons that help them develop their vocabulary, pronunciation and confidence while keeping them engaged. For teenagers, I can provide additional support with schoolwork, grammar, speaking, writing and exam preparation. For adults, lessons can focus on conversation, everyday French, travel, professional communication or simply developing confidence in speaking.

As someone with a multicultural and multilingual background, I also enjoy bringing culture into my lessons and helping students understand not only how French works, but how it is actually used.

Most importantly, I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and trying new things. My goal is to help you make real progress while enjoying the learning process.
