Native English speaker with three years of experience teaching adult students in Vietnam

I have experience teaching both classes and individual students. However, I enjoy teaching individuals more as it gives me greater scope to specify where an student may be making mistakes. Generally I wait until the student has finished what they're saying(taking notes as they speak) before helping them with any corrections.
