I am a native English speaker and have learnt three foreign languages. I have been a private tutor for over 5 years

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and French, and I’m also proficient in German and Spanish. Currently, I’m learning Greek. My own experience as a language learner has given me a deep understanding of the challenges involved, which is why I always tailor my teaching approach to each individual. I work collaboratively with students to set clear learning objectives and identify the most effective ways to achieve them.

I have experience teaching in primary and secondary schools, as well as privately tutoring adults across a range of subjects. I take pride in building strong, supportive relationships with my students—and I like to think my sense of humour helps too!

With a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning, I aim to boost my students’ confidence, develop their language skills, and help them make excellent progress.

A typical lesson begins with sharing the learning objective, followed by a brief assessment of prior knowledge. We then move on to introducing new material, engaging in guided practice, and concluding with an assessment to reinforce learning and track progress.
