Engaging and dedicated English Tutor committed to supporting the learning of young people Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4

Hi All,

My lesson are done in two parts. First part is known as the consultation/assessment phase, where I as your Tutor run a diagnostic workshop, or lesson, to assess ot examine your support needs in relation to the areas of English you need further help, it could be that you required support in practicing past exam papers and questions, support with your creative writing homework or class task or it could be to do with carrying out effective research, for an upcoming assignment or school lesson. Whatever your needs may be, my first port of support to you, as my prespective will be to discuss with yourself areas you reuqire for further support, look at samples of work you have produced, as part of my consultation stage, to get an idea of the level of intervention required on my part, so any piece of work, you have done this far, and need further support with, please prepare this, so I can have a look, ill look also into the resources and materials you are using, to see if its of sufficient quality, to aid further your learning and development in the area you wish and make recommendations, if required on other relevant materials you could invest in, to further improve or develop your learning and strengthen your abilities in the areas you lack. Following the consultation stage, Ill devise for you an action plan to follow and propose potential lessons, you and I will be holding, to work on the areas, we collectively identify. The lesson, will be based on thr action plan identified and highlighted. It will be divided into slots, based on the areas of further support needed
