I have my own worksheets and revisions guides made, with quick mini quizzes and to teach content I often have PowerPoint of the material I will teach and will go through a model response with the student, and allow them to independently write as well. The lesson will mostly be interactive and me testing thier capabilities by ensuring they know their Gcse or A Level books very well. To allow them to be more confident in thier work, I will adapt my style of teaching to ensure we go over thier weaknesses and constantly clear up thier misconceptions. I hope to be an English tutor they can rely on, and can share how they want to improve.
