I’m here to guide you on a journey that goes beyond just moving through poses. With 15 years of personal yoga practice and deep experience in mental health care, I create a nurturing and supportive space where you can truly feel safe to explore your body, mind, and breath.
My classes focus on alignment-based yoga and Krama Vinyasa flow—a creative, step-by-step approach that helps build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I also bring in Do-In, a gentle, Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired dynamic meditation and stretching practice that is accessible to everyone.
Together, we’ll work on developing body awareness, improving posture, and calming the mind, helping you to lean into discomfort as a path to growth. Your mat becomes a mirror where you learn to find balance, resilience, and centeredness—not only in class but in daily life.
